 ( a ) কোষটি নিউক্লিয়াসবিহীন । ( b ) কোষস্থিত সরু দীর্ঘ ক্রোমোজোম ( ক্রোমাটিডসমূহ ) দু মেরুর দিকে বিন্যস্ত । ( c ) কোষের বিষুব অঞ্চল ফাঁকা , সরেখ ।                     নমুনাটি মাইটোটিক অ্যানাফেজ ।

 

সনাক্তকরণ বৈশিষ্ট্যসহ মন্তব্য ( Identifying Characters with Comments )  A. সাধারণ বৈশিষ্ট্য : ( i ) একস্তরী এপিডারমিস বা প্যারেনকাইমা কোষ দিয়ে গঠিত , যা হতে বহুকোষী কাণ্ড রোম অভিক্ষিপ্ত । ( ii ) 2-3 সারি কোলেনকাইমা কোষ দিয়ে গঠিত হাইপোডারমিস । ( iii ) কর্টেক্স বহুস্তরী , প্যারেনকাইমাটাস । ( iv ) একস্তরী এণ্ডোডারমিস যা প্যারেনকাইমাটাস । ( v ) অবিচ্ছিন্ন পেরিসাইকেল ভাস্কুলার বাগুলের উপর ক্লেরেনকাইমাটাস বাণ্ডল ক্যাপ গঠন করে রয়েছে । ( vi ) ভাসকুলার বাণ্ডল বলয়াকারে সজ্জিত , যা সংযুক্ত , সমপার্শ্বীয় , মুক্ত প্রকৃতির । ( vii ) জাইলেম এক্সার্ক প্রকৃতির । ( viii ) মজ্জাংশুরশ্মি ও মজ্জা প্যারেনকাইমাটাস । ( ix ) প্রস্থচ্ছেদের সমগ্র কলা অন্তঃ স্টিলিয় ও বহিঃ স্টিলিয় অঞ্চলে বিভক্ত । নমুনাটি দ্বিবীজপত্রী কাণ্ডের প্রস্থচ্ছেদ । B. বিশেষ বৈশিষ্ট্য : ( i ) শ্বেতসার আবরণী উপস্থিত ।. ( ii ) বাণ্ডিল - টুপি ক্লেরেনকাইমা কলা দিয়ে গঠিত । ( iii ) সাধারন কর্টেক্সে ক্ষীর গ্রন্থি উপস্থিত । সুতরাং নমুনাটি নিঃসন্দেহে দ্বিবীজপত্রী উদ্ভিদ এর প্রাথমিক কাণ্ড ৷

 

 

  Nutrition in Fungi As fungi are achlorophyllous , they cannot produce their own food . Thus all fungi exhibit heterotrophic mode of nutrition. Usually fungi prefer to grow in shade and moist habitats. Some prefer to grow in darkness or dim light. Generally, fungal growth is prevalent where there is availability of living or dead organic matter along with congenial temperature.  On the basis of their mode of nutrition, the fungi are divided into the following three categories :  a . Parasites Fungi which obtain their nutrients from living organisms are called parasites. If it grows on the external surface of the host, it is called ectoparasite. When it enters inside the host and feeds within, such parasitic fungi are called endoparasites.
