Botany is the branch of botany concerned with the scientific study of plants
used for medicinal purposes. It deals with their identification, nomenclature,
classification, morphology, anatomy, cultivation, collection, preservation,
chemical constituents, and therapeutic uses. Medicinal botany provides the
